After their 1992 Boomerang soundtrack hit, Toni Braxton and Babyface has again come together for a collaborative album called Love, Marriage & Divorce. The album includes 11 featured tracks-Roller Coaster, Sweat, Hurt You, Where Did We Go Wrong?, I Hope That You’re Okay, I Wish, Take It Back, Reunited, I’d Rather Be Broke, Heart Attack, and The D Word and 2 bonus tracks-Let’s Do It and One for the deluxe edition all pertaining to the ups and downs of love relationships. The songs are mostly ballads, eight of which are duets.

As we can recall, in real life, both Toni and Kenny Edmonds, better known as Babyface, had their share of turbulent marriages that ended in divorce, so, who are better to communicate these love songs than a hot R&B diva and a Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter who had experienced them firsthand.

The album debuted at number 4 on the US Billboard 200 chart making it Braxton’s 6th US top ten album. As of February, the album has sold 121,000 copies in the US. The album was released on February 4, 2014 by Motown Records.
